The best part is the social environment among the women, that makes it fun for all of us. It is a small studio, but the equipment is very well utilized and the hours are quite extensive. It is also easy to change appointments online at home. It is pricey, but still much less expensive than individual personal training. The fact that you commit to a schedule is what makes it so effective. You get to know the women you work out with. I look forward to working out at Shakti, and that is more than half the battle.
