What do you love most about your job?
I love working together with clients to help them meet their goals. It's particularly rewarding if the client has not worked out before, is out of shape, or wouldn't be caught dead going to a gym.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm passionate about fitness, and excited to dispel the fitness myth that it takes hours and hours per week to get in shape.
