I use an evidence-based approach to deliver expertly-supervised home bodyweight workouts designed to get you effective results in a safe, time-efficient manner.

Proper strength training, adequate recovery, and proper nutrition.

I love working together with clients to help them meet their goals. It's particularly rewarding if the client has not worked out before, is out of shape, or wouldn't be caught dead going to a gym.

I'm passionate about fitness, and excited to dispel the fitness myth that it takes hours and hours per week to get in shape.

I am a certified, high-intensity trainer from hituni.com, and I specialize in bodyweight workouts utilizing a minimum of equipment (or none at all).

I provide workouts over zoom or skype, maximizing your time spent on fitness.

Since the training is online, there is no risk of covid.
