When I started going to The Iron Way about a year ago, I had to buy new dress pants for work because I had gotten larger. I was never fat, but I was not in shape. I hadn't had a good workout routine for more than a year.Today, I put on a pair of those pants I bought last year, and they're almost 2 sizes too big! I'm using a belt (three notches in when it used to be on the farthest notch out) to keep from looking like I'm swimming in them. Of course, the extreme cinching probably doesn't look great either. LOLI threw away my old pants that were at the time too small, thinking I was just going to be fat for the rest of my time on this planet. I should have kept them.Thanks to Dan and The Iron Way, I am back to my smaller pant size but so much stronger.

Hire Ryan. Ryan takes each one of his customers very serious. Of course you sign a contract. Communicate with him. He cant work for free.
