Whether I have an injury or just want to change things up, Christopher always has a plan and a positive attitude to accommodate my requests! I am a super difficult client to train, but Christopher meets me where I am and finds clever ways to motivate me and help me accomplish my goals. To begin my review in Chris Ryan, I would like to start with I that think he’s a very nice and kind hearted person. He’s professional and caring with his clients. His knowledge in strength training, cardio, stretching and nutrition makes him priceless. Not to mention, he has a good sense of humor which makes my workout at the gym a lot of fun. He has been my trainer for a few months now. I have physical and medical issues that he is well aware of. He is always looking out to make sure I’m doing nothing to further injure myself or make these issues worse, but still pushes me to do more to better myself and my results. I like his beliefs concerning nutrition. It just makes so much sense to me. I never thought I would get to the point I am now with muscle, strength and nutritional health. Thank you, Chris. Been working with Christopher Ryan and his Genesis Fit program for the last few months, attaining fantastic results that I never thought I’d ever see on myself when I looked in the mirror. The Genesis Fit was created with the intent to bring services to underserved demographics. We aspire to create a community, program, and environment for our clients to grow, change, and improve!

We were our own first clients. We have been overweight, we have been injured, we have had limited mobility, flexibility, weakness. We can relate to where you are and show you the path to recovery.

No, we do not offer any online or remote services. In person only.

Our facilities are cleaned at the end of every workout. All contact surfaces are cleaned multiple times daily. The entire facility is deep cleaned once per week.

Services

The initial consult gives us the time to do a full evaluation of your individual needs. We get to hear your story here! This will help us determine possible solutions that work for you.

We ask that you wear comfortable clothing and running shoes for this!

Included in the initial consult:
Body composition analysis
Posture and compensation pattern evaluation

Suggested course of action

The initial consult fee will be credited to any programs, memberships, or coaching you decide to pursue!

One on one personal training. This is a recommended starting point for most people. Here we can evaluate fitness and nutrition habits, work on critical techniques, educate, plan goals, and take action!

Small group training 3-5 members. This is a more cost effective way to train. Small groups allow our trainers to give high levels of attention to individuals while still being able to create a high energy workout.

Post-rehabilitation training is specific to individuals who are finishing up or currently involved in physical therapy. We connect with your physical therapist to help facilitate your transition from PT to mobility.

Insurance no longer pays for physical therapy after you reach ~85% recovery. You are expected to continue the program prescribed by your PT after you are no longer with them. This means you most likely still have work to do to get back to full range of motion, mobility, and flexibility that you had previous to the surgery/ injury.

We work with the PT's and bridge this gap!

During a nutritional consult we will review your health, goals, and conduct a pantry assessment to see how we can change your habits when it comes to eating. Each nutrition program is specifically designed based on your needs.

Included in all training packages is nutritional coaching. Let one of our expert trainers help you manage the foods you eat so you can lose weight and feel great! Benefits of healthy eating include: Weight Loss, Better Mood, Improved Memory, Bone and Joint Health, Better Sleep, Gut Health, Lower Blood Pressure and Cholesterol, Diabetes Management, Reduced Risk of Heart Attack.

Spend 15 minutes with a trainer who does an in-depth assessment with our professional grade body composition analyzer. You will get a printout of the results showing where your body is storing fat, how much water your cells are holding, and your lean body mass (muscle).

All of our Trainers learn how to conduct many Assisted Stretching techniques. They are very conscious and aware of you as they help build up your Range of Motion (ROM), mobility, and flexibility in order to avoid injury, and allow you to move more freely.

A workout program is individually designed for your specific needs. This service is an option for individuals who are unable to participate in our training memberships. All memberships have this included!

Have a trainer create a plan, goals, and a program to achieve these goals. This allows you the flexibility to train at home, on the road, or even at a gym.
