Adam is a great personal trainer! I have issues with my knees that limit my abilities but Adam was able to work around them and developed a program that was gentle on my knees but still pushed me. His program helped me lose 70 pounds and transformed my body! I went from a size 16/18 to a size 10 in less than a year. Adam makes the workouts fun but also gets your heart pumping. I have been working out at Adam’s gym for a couple years. This last year I had shoulder surgery so I was unable to do the classes. I decided to do personal training with Adam to work my way back to regular classes. Adam created a program personalized just for me that targeted my weaknesses. He is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. His attention to detail and technique has helped me improve in many areas. I had the opportunity to work with Adam on two separate training regimens; one to lose weight for an upcoming wedding and another to gain muscle mass by honing in on my Olympic lifting techniques. As a collegiate athlete I had an idea of what I needed to do to accomplish my goals, but Adam kept me focused. He motivated me to show up each and every day to push beyond my mental boundaries. These programs were truly personalized. Adam took into consideration my travel schedule for work and provided me with workouts to complete at hotels. He did a great job of finding solutions to specific movements that were impacted by old injuries.


I was particularly impressed with my results from my sessions with Adam during my Olympic lifting regimen. Not only did we focus on the importance of technique, but we spent a lot of time fine tuning the smaller muscle groups with pointed accessory work. During this time with Adam I gained confidence in my barbell movements, achieved my strongest PRs, and was in the best shape of my life.

I cannot say enough positive things about Adam Stowell as a personal trainer. I met Adam exactly 90 days after recovering from lower-back disc surgery. Hungry to get back into an active life, I visited a local gym. Interestingly, the gym owner disregarded his son as a potential trainer—referring me to Adam.

Adam's knowledge of anatomy, physiology and body-mechanics was intuitive and accurate. He created a personalized training program, taking into consideration my age (52) and my physical limitations. Nonjudgmental compassion and understanding characterizes his demeanor as a personal trainer. Due to my particular recovery issue, Adam was vigilant about form, execution and how my body responded to each exercise. Moment to moment adjustments enabled me to fully recover and excel in strengthening my body. Eventually becoming friends, Adam has remained as my personal trainer, while continuing his Ph.d studies.

I provide online/remote services where we can either do sessions through ZOOM at home workouts. I also have an option to send you workouts through a custom APP that includes nutrition, 5 day a week workouts, embedded instructional videos, instant messaging, progress photos, weigh-ins, weekly check-ins and much more.

The changes that we have made to keep customers safe is we do temperature checks upon arrival, hand sanitizer throughout the gym, masks are worn in and out of the gym, we have also limited our class sizes to 8 people or less.
