What inspired you to start your own business?

After I transitioned from being a pro fighter into Executive Recruitment, I spiraled out of control and gained 30lbs. Once I cracked the code for myself on how to maintain my fitness, my energy, my mental focus, and my happiness while working 10+hrs a day - I knew I had to help others to do the same.
