What inspired you to start your own business?

My own fitness journey! After I injured my shoulder and I could no longer be a swimmer, I gained a lot of weight, even though I was still strong and fast I had problems controlling my diet and weight. Then I decided to compete in my first bodybuilding show in 2012. I learned so much about nutrition and I obtained a dream body I thought only photoshopped women had. I gained a thirst for knowledge about nutrition and using weightlifting to shape the body, and I wanted to share it with everyone!
