I've spent hundreds of hours studying the "Chek Method" in Program Design, Nutrition, Energy Systems, Tai Chi and all things that can effect change on the human body. So, when we start, we will look at everything you are doing and how we can design a program that will help you get to your goals.

Resistance Training: 3x-4x a week, reps between 8-15, cycle reps and increase weights.
You have to build muscle to burn fat. You can do that without a gym as long as you incorporate all the essential movements of the body in each program.

HIIT training: 20-mins of Cardio and You’re Done
Traditional slow cardio is not an effective way to burn fat. In fact, 20 minutes of high-intensity interval training resulted in more fat loss than 60 minutes of traditional steady-state cardio. These short, very intense workouts boost your aerobic and anaerobic fitness, improve insulin sensitivity, and burn off fat all while helping you maintain lean muscle. Intermittent Fasting: 12-hour Window Will Have Profound Effect on Your Muscle Mass and Body Fat
** Staying within a certain eating window of about 12 hours (circadian rhythm) has been shown to have profound effects on muscle mass without exercise. (from Dr. Rhonda Patrick and her breakdown of all the science done by many studies including the work of Dr. Satchin Panda)

The benefits according to science
o helps your brain function better
o has anti-depressant effects and can protect against stroke
o boosts growth hormone
o increases mitochondrial biogenesis

Some of the other things I insist on looking at:
· Managing your stress
· Your sleep quality
· Your happiness
· Quiet time, meditation and recovery (such as Sauna or massage if available)
. Water intake (1/2 of bodyweight in ounces of water)
