Your adventure starts with a twelve week program to supercharge your body and brain. We’ll build your program together- workouts, eating habits, and some attention to all the little factors that impact your overall health (and other areas of life). I offer two different training routes- Online coaching includes a personalized workout program, nutrition guidance, along with weekly check- ins. Live video sessions are not included in this option, however they can be added on as needed. This is a great option if you are looking to revamp your workout routine and need someone to help you make a solid plan and hold you to it! Virtual training includes live video sessions- it’s really no different than working with a trainer in person. Each one hour session will unfold with 45 minutes of exercise including strength training, mobility work, and cardiovascular training. 15 minutes will be solely dedicated to exploring all the other important areas of your lifestyle. We’ll take progressive steps together to ensure you feel, function, focus, and look your best. Areas we’ll put energy into: Workouts, both in session and written instructions for you to do solo Daily movement and mobility practices Tension relief and posture improvement Food and nutritional habits for specific goals and to just feel good! Sleep hygiene and work/exercise recovery cycles Stress, anxiety, and energy balance Desk ergonomics

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Via progressive overload and strength training on the fitness side, and caloric balance on the nutrition side.

No matter what your goals entail, it’s imperative that you push your body (muscles) progressively over time to continue to see change. We practice movement patterns that are best for your current ability and that address any imbalances you may have. We take those movements and make them more challenging as your body adapts- you will continually feel advances in your strength and performance.

Accountability is a huge part of the process too- for fitness and eating habits- I check in with all of my clients multiple times a week to make sure they are movin’ and groovin’ at a good pace.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistency! Find a plan and a support system and stick with it long term. There is no secret sauce or shortcut to getting there, playing the long game and playing it well will always pay off in a greater way.

What do you love most about your job?

I love building relationships with people and helping them problem solve the intricacies of their wellness. I especially love the ah-ha moments. It can be as simple as a client feeling the engagement in a muscle group for the first time, the animation they show when the scale drops, or the feeling when they hit a new lifting PR- I get very excited to see my clients excited!

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, see my description in the about section for more details. Training online is no different than training in person- in fact in a lot of ways it’s better. I was an in person trainer for 10 years before moving online and I’ve found working online to be less stressful as compared to working in a gym for my clients. There is no rush to get to the gym, find parking, etc, and there is a lot more space to put focus into things we may have not wanted to talk about in the gym, like stress levels, eating habits, and recovery practices.

I have clients that train at home and others that go to a gym and take me along on their phone or tablet. I have other clients that travel frequently, the show can still go on in a hotel room or hotel gym! There are fewer things that can get in the way of online training providing a huge boost in consistency and thus results.
