I’ve worked with Barett for years and always loved my results but then once life went virtual I needed to move for like, totally different reasons. Barett met me where I was and adapted our workouts to what I had available. Super grateful to you man! More...

I wanted to level up and get back into shape and B is really helping me do that. I also like that he works with me on how to train with some weights to gain strength but not "bulk up" which I was afraid of doing on my own.

Had a great first sesh with Barret. After avoiding getting back to my workouts during the past year suddenly my quarantine 10 has turned into more like quarantine 30lbs : ( Gettind started again is always the hardest and he really challenged me in a good way. I’ll definitely be back for more.

Yes. Unless you are in the Santa Monica or NYC area and we can safely work together outdoors, all sessions will be remote and online.
