We decided a couple of weeks before the wedding that we wanted a videographer and the frantic search started to find one. Steve reached out to me, we had a lovely initial first conversation, he was super easy to talk to, listened to all our requests and told us he would do a bespoke, flexible package. Steve was there to answer any questions quickly and communicated with us from start to finish.
Steve uses a great online platform for his contracts and invoices, which is so easy to use, and everything is in once place which is a bonus!
On the day of the wedding, he texted me on the morning wishing me a lovely wedding day, which was such a nice touch. He turned up earlier to the venue to catch more bridal preparation, was so professional but fit in so well with everyone at the same time. He was running around ensuring he captured all the moments even though it was manic on the morning!
Steve set up multiple cameras around the rooms and venue, totally went above and beyond by staying late as well, and made my mum feel totally at ease after she was so nervous all day about doing her speech. He made us laugh and smile and everyone at our wedding absolutely loved him.
Since the wedding, we decided we wanted longer footage of the wedding and Steve was so quick to accommodate this for us, with no fuss or problems. He is so easy to reach, and it is just like talking to a friend. You can absolutely tell how much he loves his job.
We have now received our videos and I can say they definitely did not disappoint; you can see how much time and effort has been spent editing and making them perfect. They are absolutely perfect, more than we could have ever imagined and it was so amazing to re-live the day all over again.
Since the wedding, everyone has been taking about how amazing Steve was and everyone is so excited to see the videos…. And I absolutely can’t wait to show them because they are brilliant.

There is no room for a "retake" and, consequently, every effort is made to correctly capture the essential elements from the service, the speeches, the first dance and other key moments. Whilst you and your partner are - of course - the centre of attention, I also strive to capture other incidents from the day which would, otherwise, go unnoticed by you as you mingle with your guests and/or find yourselves being directed by the photographer and/or toastmaster - for example. When I got married, during 2000, our videographer didn't turn up. To cut a long story short - and after a few phone calls on that day - he turned up just before the speeches at the reception. The footage that was salvaged from the day was disappointing and haphazard; the cutting of the cake - for example - had our faces obscured by a ribbon in front of his lens.
The above experience taught me how fundamentally important it is to be diligent, responsible and reliable on such an important day.
Whilst I continued in my existing "career" for a while, I was constantly minded to provide people with superior and memorable productions. Since starting circa. 2010/2011 this has been a consistent achievement, with many, many happy couples to affirm that.
