Sani provided good service until after the event/ post production. We were not happy with the photos and expected more from a professional photographer. We are completely baffled by this client review, the client never mentioned any reservations regarding the standared or picture quality of the photos provided. Infact we include the client exact response to the images below and would make it clear that we have screen shot evidence. 1. Client response to first batch of photos (Thank you so much these are great looking foward to the rest 🙏) 2. Final batch of photos (These look great 👍 😁) The above is word for word including imojis of the clients response to us. The client mentioned they were not happy with the after service, however no reason or evidence was given

After being contacted by this company, I've noticed all the pictures on this profile were from bank stock images websites. I asked them to send examples of their work and they sent the same pictures so I told them I did not wanted to work with them, for the reasons just explained. They insisted it was their work but I don't believe it because all the bank stock websites gave credit to the photographers and all of the pictures had different copyright owners (none from the name of this company or the name of the person communicating with us). We can see from the UK Company's House website that this is a new company been formed (19th April 2021). Just saying passing bank stock photos off as your own is not ok, I prefer business being honest explaining they're just starting up, to allow people to make an informed decision before hire them. This customer decided not to use our services because they assumed our images did not belong to us. Despite us already explaining that we sell our own stock images online and allow for its purchase to anyone requiring them. Despite this explanation, this customer persisted with email after email on how they were right and we were wrong. We have requested that they move on as they no longer wish to use our services. This review have been left in malice and lies it doesn’t reflect who we are as you can see from all the other positive reviews. As a business we have been operating for nearly 3 years as a sole trading entity, this means a company registration wasn’t necessary. As we have grown exponentially we now feel it necessary to register as a Ltd company. We are not sure why this was such an issue for this customer.

I needed a photoshoot for my wedding anniversary but many other photographers did not quite understand from a customers perspective neither was their billing fair until Pilot Madia (Mr Sani) reached out to me. From the consultation to his actual service delivery,he was excellent. He understands his customers,he's punctual,he's professional,his ideas on poses for our photoshoot were perfect,his photo and video editing are top notch.He was able to deliver 100 pictures and 2 minutes video in 2 days at an affordable cost.Definitely deserving a 5 star rating!!! What do you love most about your job?
The ability to listen to people’s thoughts and idea and bringing it to life on film, social media. I get a kick out of seeing the business grow as a result of our input.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I Have always been into film and media, from an early age, although I initially did it as a hubby. I kept getting recommended and approached to film events, commercials, weddings and so on, and it went from there.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very much straight to the point, I like to establish the customers ideas and what they want for their projects explaining any limitation to consider. Of course depending on budget more can be added. I believe most smaller businesses, social media entrepreneurs, small event organisers feel they are unable to afford commercials. I am here to say otherwise, there is something for everyone.

Initial consultations are online an via phone, however filming has to be on location/locations of the customers choosing.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We always wear masks at all times and keep a safe distance in accordance to government guidelines. All equipments are deep cleaned and COVID safe.
