Passionate, creative floristry - we aim to be your '5th emergency service' when it comes to beautiful flower and unusual gift requirements! Interior floral design for all occasions; exterior floral options that can include bespoke planters to enhance your living or working environment - no matter what floor you live on! Edinburgh is a city of tenements, and we'd love to see them all awash with the colours of beautiful fresh plants. Seasonal 'swap-over' arrangements are an option too. Crafts and gifts will vary, but share common themes of recycling/upcycling/repurposing ... or just straightforward original! Clocks from bicycle wheels; cheeseboards from roof slates; authentic horseshoe ornaments - these are just a taste of what we do. Call us. We love a challenge!

What do you love most about your job?

No two days are the same, Every day is a challenge helping customers choose appropriate flowers for all occasions in life and I am passionate about spreading the benefit of flowers and plants as far and wide as possible. I am driven by my need to create beautiful bouquets and arrangements that are bespoke and changing with the seasons. I love passing my knowledge of floristry on to my trainees and to students at workshops and night classes.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I had a long period of illness in my life and feel that I lost twenty five years to chronic pain. I still have difficult days but flowers make me get out of bed! I have tried other creative ways to make a living cooking, writing and singing but I love my little shop. It is crammed to the rooftops with fresh flowers and everyday the pavement outside is covered in fresh plants. Who wouldn't like working in an environment like that?

Why should our clients choose you?

I have great floristry skills and am focused on customer satisfaction. I am extremely proud of the reviews my business has on fb and continually strive to maintain the five star standard. I will listen to your specifications and offer you a bespoke service.

The average couple spends around £1,000 on wedding flowers. However, many couples spend less whilst others spend more. Whatever your budget, there will be plenty of options available to you. It’s best to contact your preferred florist for a quote as early as possible to talk through the options available for your budget and to secure your date.

If you’re looking to save money on your wedding flowers, there are a few options to choose from. Sunflowers and tulips are ideal options for spring and summer weddings, keeping costs to a minimum whilst still looking great. If you’re having a winter wedding, opt for lillies or chrysanthemums for a burst of colour on a budget.

It’s never too early to book your wedding flowers, especially if you’re hoping to book a specific florist. You should book your wedding flowers at least six months in advance, but for the best chance of securing your favourite florist, you should contact them as soon as you’ve set a date. You’ll then be able to finalise the plans for your flowers closer to your wedding day.
