What do you love most about your job?

I love the interaction and the building of a good working relationship with my clients. Best of all though I love the reviews we receive at the end of a stay or an event when we have managed to deliver something rather special. I am passionate about delivering a unique 5 star service, for me that tops everything.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have worked in the hospitality business for many years owning five star self catering cottages and bed and breakfasts in England. When I moved to Edinburgh I realised that many holiday let properties were managed by companies who had so many properties on their books, the service they offered was severely lacking. I was inspired to offer my clients a different service that was so personal and luxurious it was like having their own PA looking after their property. I wanted my clients and guests to feel special and it is this same ethos that is behind the concierge service we offer.
