Right from my first telephone call, through to the booking confirmation and completion of the journey, Cupid were delightful to deal with. I felt that I was in the hands of people who truly had pride in their services, and who were thoroughly committed to making their customers happy. That proved to be correct on both counts.Norman, the driver arrived in ample time for the bride and groom's departure, and made an excellent impression by his pleasant and dignified manner, and his polished appearance. I felt entirely happy with him being responsible for the care and safety of the bride and groom on their journey into the Peak District. He even called me to advise that they had been safely delivered to their hotel, for which I was very grateful.The car, a pearl-white Tesla S, was immaculate, and adorned with ribbons and bows, and it made for a very pleasant and peaceful journey, greatly enjoyed by the couple. I would highly recommend this excellent company, and I would use them again with great pleasure.

My wedding was on March 26th 2016. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve or Jackie, any queries and they solved them. Steve came to see me a few days before my wedding to go through the final details and bring some samples of ribbon for the car. Steve was spot on time and the car looked great. Steve was very complementary and looked smart in his chauffeur suit. He helped myself, my daughter and my sister in and out of the car and kept us very calm. After the ceremony Steve was in no rush while we had our photos taken. There was champagne and chocolates waiting for us which we had on our way to the reception.
