I love my job because of its flexibility and I have enough time to spend with my family. I can balance work life and personal activities as well. Having a clear understanding of how you're performing at work is a good feeling and instant feedback motivates me to work better.
It is interesting to find work that challenges me everyday to fulfill the task professionally.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business because I didn't like the structure of a full time job and was fed up with subjective evaluations from managers who didn't know me. I felt like the only people who should review me are paying clients who will show their opinion either by rehiring me or referring me to others.
