Nice concept and nice drinks. Just needs some one (manager?) to ensure that there is good house keeping outside. Have seen 2 groups of people try to sit on a few of the outside tables and have not been able to as chairs were wet. One lady went over to get napkins to wipe chairs and table for her family to sit down. Also tables not cleared of spillage and full ash trays. Just need someone to keep on top of this as I would hate for this to lose its attraction.

Was at matou last night for my daughter's b'day the was 16 of us, the food and service was excellent,the cocktails are to die for, we will definitely be going again

The exhibition is a little limited at the moment but the cafe is awesome!

Had a really lovely meal for farthers day the food was amazing! And the staff were lovely really friendly and couldn't do enough for us as my dad is gluten free would definitely recommend. Also had live entertainment was a great evening!!

A must for any Peaky Blinders fan, well worth a visit (even if you're staying in town you can get there in a taxi for under a fiver). Live entertainment and reasonably priced drinks in a great venue and general area of Cains Brewery. Loved it!

One of my favourite lesser-known places round here, and the new management seems really eager to improve things. Clearly been some teething problems but the staff are lovely, and the drinks are great. Look forward to seeing the place continue improve now it's getting into the groove! I do think it's a real shame you're no longer registered with Tastecard though, if I'm honest. Obviously I don't understand the economics of running a restaurant but I got a card so me and my girlfriend could go out for nice lunches regularly, and I'd be eating there all the time if you accepted it! Unfortunately I don't see myself ever getting meals there otherwise, I don't doubt the food is lovely but it's priced a little too high for a casual eater like me when there's so many places to try with the discount. Still my top choice for a relaxed place to have a drink though!

First time here! Really nice atmosphere, lovely design, outside area is lovely with the lights. Next time, will try the food because it looked amazing! Staff are great, will definitely be back ☺️

‪Modern twist on an apartment ‬ “‪This apartment is quirky and a bit different. The staff were lovely when we checked in and the room was spotlessly clean. ‬ ‪Had the basement for one night for daughter hen do. ‬ ‪Although there was some negatives Such as deposit should not be removed from bank? It should just be on hold.‬ ‪Rooms are really dark at night could do with a lamp of some sort so your not blinded by the main light.‬ ‪The basement is only for groups wouldn’t like to stay down there if it was for a romantic getaway..‬ ‪But apart from them we had a great experience and would highly recommend. ‬
