What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Listen to the party organiser: take direction from the person in charge as they alone no the group of people in your venue best.
Then ensure your D.J. works his magic, Good D.Js are not cheep pay well you get the best, pay peanuts you get monkeys.

With nearly two decades of experience behind us, may be a bit old school.
What’s your signature dish?
We don`t have a signature dish as such, mainly classic English Roasts, this style sits perfect for our surroundings.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our cater`s will sit down and listen to our customers requirements, once all information is collected we will set out options to the client.
Our caterers will prepare anything within there capabilities, if this is not possible,then it is possible to bring in their own chefs T.&.Cs apply
What do you love most about your job?
Every week there is always some thing different to do.
This job offers so many opportunities to meet, such a varying degree of interesting people.
It just goes from one end of the scale to the other, and back
I could go on, and on.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To secure a future for my family where we would be together, and I would not be travelling or working over sea`s for long periods.

The saddle club is a unique and beautiful venue, and probably one of the last few remaining such venue`s in private hand s.
Family run, NOT cooperate, warm and friendly, great staff who have been with us for many years, not people just looking for weekend work, Staff who enjoy the service industry and work hard at it.
