Savage Tri Club has everything you want if you're a complete new-comer to triathlon or a seasoned professional.
4 sessions a week (summer ) 3 in the winter - turbo training, brick(summer), swim and run are all planned and extremely well structured with the flexibility to cater for everyone of varying abilities and speeds.
I joined in January 14 and it is has to be one of the most welcoming clubs going. Did my 1st tri 3 months later and got progressively faster and faster. Add in the fact that in addition to the group training sessions Dave also offers online tailored training programmes and one to one specific training, nutritional advise, transition training and he also very good with advice on kit.
My time in the club has taken over 5min off my 10K time, 30secs off a 400m swim and has taught me how to bike efficiently.
Join and you'll never look back.
Nice work Dave

I’ve been a couch potato for more years than I care to remember. Met James early this year and he seems to have gotten me motivated. Only see him once a week but now go to gym as well once or twice a week too. Even went 5 times in St Lucia so he must be inspirational. Early days I know, but he certainly knows his stuff. Recommend. Thanks James.
