James has an amazing knowledge both generally within the fit ess world but also connecting health issues with the right type of fitness. His workouts are really personal taking everything into account. I have trained with James at my heath and fitness peak, which he helped me to achieve, and I have trained with him after being diagnosed with a health condition and his amazing attitude and support never falters. James has been my coach for the past 8 weeks as part of GF8.

I was nervous about signing up as I thought I would give up on my journey.

Having James assigned to me as my coach has really really helped me a lot. He has taught me a few things along with how important it is to make good nutrition choices as part of my body fat journey.

I always thought to myself that in order to lose body fat, you would have to eat the minimum you could but the nutrition that James assigned me was quite a lot and filling.

Along with the weight training schedule he assigned me, I have managed to lose a lot of body fat in just 8 weeks!!!

Of course this has not always been easy. There have been times that I would be down as the scales wouldn't budge but James assured me that the scales does not mean much when it comes to fat loss.

I listened to him and I'm glad I did. I got my head down and worked hard and the results have certainly shown.

I can't thank James enough for the help and support he has provided me over the past 8 weeks and I am really happy to have had him as a coach.

Great PT, not just a prescription of exercise and diet. He also looks after your mental well-being too. He has also helped support me in my personal goals not just fitness related ones. I couldn't recommend him more, not only have I lost weight and improved fitness but he has helped me in my work life balance; making me feel happier, and able to manage stress better at work. I’ve been a couch potato for more years than I care to remember. Met James early this year and he seems to have gotten me motivated. Only see him once a week but now go to gym as well once or twice a week too. Even went 5 times in St Lucia so he must be inspirational. Early days I know, but he certainly knows his stuff. Recommend. Darren Hall I started training with James Junior Bezant back in August 2017, in that time he gave me the relevant tools and knowledge to manage my training in the gym and see significant results. It still involves hard work and an hour session with him is always tailored to suit each client (in my case I love a good beasting) but the satisfaction and enjoyment at the end is worth it. This man is a LEGEND and I owe him many thanks for the dedication he has invested in me so I now sit over 2 stone lighter and considerably fitter and healthier. More...

I must be approaching a year working with James at the Grenade Fit gym in Chichester - great facility and very friendly group of people. Working with James, the sessions are always well structured and personalised based in your individual goals. The sessions are also fun - lots of banter and encouragement, great way to escape from work and concentrate on some quality ‘you time’ as James calls it. James is extremely experienced as a trainer and has a real thirst for knowledge - so he will go off and find new techniques or exercises to keep you progressing or working around limitations. Cannot recommend James as a PT enough. He's helped me fall in love with the gym and lifting again. I was in a pretty bad place when I started with James, feeling very self conscious which had a huge impact on my personal life. He quickly put me at ease, made me laugh and I was soon starting to feel more like myself again. I lost 6kg in 8 weeks and gained strength. But most importantly gained confidence which I could not have done without the support of James. I have a long way to go yet but now know that I CAN DO IT! Thank you James, you f*#king legend! I had the pleasure of 6 personal training sessions with James over a 2 month period. I learnt more in those 2 months than I have in the years that I've been training! Full of knowledge and advice James has helped me step my game up and make some real progress! I will continue to work with James and I have no doubt he will continue to deliver! Junior trained me for the 2 weeks I was back in Southampton at Christmas, as I didn't have access to a gym and didn't want to miss out on training. My normal gym sessions had got a bit repetitive so I also wanted to be able to incorporate what we did during these sessions into my own back at home. We trained 3 or 4 times a week. Junior introduced me to new ways of exercising which I found challenging but still enjoyable, and after just a couple of sessions I was seeing results that I haven't seen after weeks in the gym. I saw the biggest improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights and to generally push myself harder each session. For the first time in 5 years I went back to London after Christmas, fitter and stronger than when I left. So for anyone debating whether to start personal training with Junior, I can honestly say it's the best decision you'll make. More...

Had quite a few sessions. Clearly knows what he is talking about. I like that he sometimes gets involved to increase motivation. I would highly recommend James! I did my first outdoor work out with him recently. I was a little worried how i would manage but he was very patient with me and helped me learn new ways to work out.
