In terms of the handover process, we would take care of every aspect of this on your behalf ensuring all management documentation, service charge funds, Leaseholder and supplier details are transferred seamlessly. Fitch | Taylor | Johnson provides a streamlined management transfer service for all new clients, allowing the property to continue to be managed without any interruption. Service Charge and Reserve Funds would be transferred into dedicated client bank accounts in the name of your property in accordance with both RICS and Landlord & Tenant legislation. Our main area of operation is within 30 miles of our Mayfair office, including areas such as Belgravia, Mayfair, Kensington & Chelsea and Fitzrovia, but this does not mean that we charge ‘Mayfair prices’ for our services.
