Great experience with Istidam Consulting. Tarek was not just prompt in responding to my request, but he gave a load of free advice on our initial call. When it came time to choose a contractor, the appointment was arranged in a timely manner. As it happened, we needed the report turned around much more quickly than usual, and Tarek made sure this happened (at no additional cost to ourselves, even though I offered) and with time for us to approach additional insurers before the end of our cooling off period with our current insurer. Highly recommended!

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Tarek and his knowledge around structural calculations for a removal of a load bearing wall at my property. Tarek has been very knowledgable, reliable and caring throughout. I’m really glad we found him and wouldn’t hesitate to seek his advice in the future.
