The GP Service is an Online Doctor Service. Our doctors can offer treatments and advice for most acute conditions that your NHS GP can help you with and can also offer Fit Notes for Referral Letters.
Our Doctors are unable to prescribe any controlled drugs, sedatives, strong painkillers, or any unlicensed medication. We will not prescribe medicines such as Diazepam, Zopiclone or similar.
The Clinical team were very supportive to my needs. The video consult was quick and easy and I did it all on my phone. I had no waiting around to be seen and then had my medication delivered within the hour!

I can thoroughly recommend Amit and all the staff in the way he looked after me (tooth implant), I was very nervous and Amit was brilliant in the way he sorted my problem out reassuring me all the way even phoning the next day to make sure I was OK - also giving good advice on how to look after my teeth properly seems strange that he can spot the little errors after I thought I already knew.
This guy is so professional in his approach to his craft which must leave all his competition struggling to catch up! Always give him a call with any problem and be confident it's sorted 100% and the very best way possible.

I could not thank Dr Rahul and Neha enough. After numerous visits and stays in hospital with my 3 year old for various asthma/viral induced wheeze attacks, when I came to go circle the two doctors had given me an instant referral to see a specialist at Birmingham children’s hospital where I managed to get to the bottom of a way to manage his condition at home. This was something that sadly my own gp was unable to do. Since the referral, we have had a few episodes but manageable at home and the two have always been at the end of the phone for any additional support and advice. I cannot put in words how much they have done for us, nor thank them enough and feel that they could have potentially save my child’s life after the severity of his attacks. They have spent time with me to make me understand his condition rather than prescribing medication like inhalers/antibiotics/steroids which I think is more important. As a parent you need to educate yourself to a child’s illness so you can understand it better. Thank you so much
