Zak came to our rescue at short notice to care for our 2 dogs while we attended a family wedding. This was the first time we had left them with anyone outside of friends/family. We were a little bit nervous as we didn't have chance to meet Zak in person prior to him caring for our dogs. We arranged a zoom meet which was really helpful and put our minds at rest. Zak was punctual and had a lovely calm relaxed manner and did really well with our dogs who have terrible separation anxiety! One of our dogs is still only a puppy ( 5 months) and he coped with her accidents too. He also communicated with us really well and most importantly our beloved pets were relaxed and happy.
