I’ m over the moon, Tess my senior Domestic shorthair cat was handled with great care and dignity. She was fully groomed, nails clipped and ears cleaned, I couldn’t believe how much fur was extracted! Her fur is so soft and fluffy. I had Tess’s claws trimmed as she was getting caught in fabric now when she’s scratching it’s no longer a problem for her.I would highly recommend Louise as she has a fantastic technique and rapport with cats. I will definitely go back.

I do need you to have somewhere suitable for me to shower your dog and a floor that I can sweep up the dog hair from (not carpet).
