Michelle is just wonderful, what more can I say! She has helped my anxious cockapoo over his grooming fears and he now is far more relaxed and happy to see Michelle when he goes to be washed and groomed. The grooming really lasts and grows out really well, always looking smart. I take both my dogs to visit Michelle regularly and I just love the smell of clean dog... sadly only lasts a couple of days before they roll in something undesirable. More...

I have been using Michelle and her team ever since I bought my dog 10 and a half years ago and wouldn't dream of taking her elsewhere. Nothing is too much trouble and I especially appreciate the small details. Absolutely amazing service. Took my dog to another groomers for his first groom and came away really unsatisfied with the service I got, thinking my dog was a nightmare client. Came to Ilchester Dog Grooming and I cannot find fault anywhere. Michelle can always fit you in for an appointment at a time that suits you. The treatment he has when he visits is second to none. He's a nervous dog and used to suffer with separation anxiety but Michele is amazing with him and I never worry about leaving him there.
