We hired a chef (Mcallisters) for Christmas Day and it was absolutely superb. Paul and Sally Mcallister did everything from food buying, prep, serving, washing up and even mopped the floor! Paul even baked a ham for us and left cheese for Boxing Day. What a lovely thought!
Paul’s background is mainly glamorous hotels and high end restaurants but he set out on his own earlier in the year and now does private catering for everything from dinner for two through to large scale weddings, parties and anniversaries. I couldn’t recommend them more :-)
