When life gets crazy and responsibilities at home and work pile one on top of the other, it’s easy to let our health and fitness slip. The years go by and we don’t even realize how much our health had declined.
But for most of us, there comes a time when we realize things must change. A time when gaining control over our body takes on new urgency.
For some, it’s a scary health diagnosis. For others it’s watching a loved one struggle with their own health problems. And for others still, it’s when they finally realize they’ve spent so many years taking care of others, that they neglected to take care of themselves.
When it’s time to turn things around and start a new health and fitness program, however, it can be difficult to know what to do next. And staying motivated is hard — especially if you try to do it all on your own.

I’ve noticed that fitness has always been there for me. When I focus on my own health and fitness everything else seems to fall into place, and this has a snowball effect.
My interest in health and fitness had been sparked in the 90s, and if I was not on my bike I could be found with my head buried in various fitness magazines and books.
I decided to become a personal trainer because I am a born helper and teacher with a passion for learning and sharing my knowledge of health and fitness.
Maybe you've tried dieting and after initial success you've ended back where you started. Or you've been told or have begun to accept 'it's just how you are'. That it's your genetics, your thyroid, your age, your gender or your situation.
Having a limiting factor such as your genetics, your physiology such as a thyroid condition or even cultural or lifestyle expectations should not be used as an excuse to reaching your potential.

Online coaching allows us to offer more support at a fraction of the price of in person personal training and nutrition coaching. Without the added stress of in person meetings, and the time pressure of having to get to a physical location, since moving our business online in 2016 we have been able to help hundreds of clients achieve and maintain their best health.
We are based entirely online which means covid is taken out of the equation. If a client is having coaching in terms of exercise, we offer a range of support including home based workouts that avoid the need for gyms and crowded places completely.
