Was a pleasure working with James. He made the whole process smooth and explained everything step by step, so for someone that is unsure or doesn’t know much about the whole mortgage/house buying process he made it easy . I Have recommended him to others and also will be using him again once our fixed rate is due to expire. Thanks again, James is man.

I have used James as my mortgage broker for almost 6 years now. He helped to secure my initial rate when purchasing my first property, and liaised with the bank on my behalf during the mortgage process. This was greatly appreciated as I did everything virtually with James rather than having to attend a bank in person. I then worked with him to remortgage the property when my fixed term was over, was a super simple process and took less than 30 minutes with James presenting my options and the comparison data in an easy to view way. He’s happy to run numbers for you to see how a slightly lower rate and upfront fee costs compared to a higher rate but no fee in the long term, as well as advantages/disadvantages to changing provider during a remortgage. I’ve now done 1 initial mortgage and 2 remortgages with James, and I’ve really enjoyed working with him and great to speak to. I’ll be using him for many years to come and would highly recommend his services.
