Dear Matt,This is a testimonial for Matt Brennan. I have been attending boxing classes at Matt’s gym for a while now. The classes are fun and challenging. The coaches are excellent and have a way of getting the best from you. The other members are friendly and there is a great atmosphere.I have also taken part in Shift and Shape, Matt’s online nutritional programme, in order to improve my wellbeing and reinforce healthy eating habits. I didn’t want to lose weight as I am The Curvy Goddess and I have a figure to maintain. Unfortunately, I have noticed that my clothes are looser. I found Shift and Shape easy to follow and easy to stick to, especially because it's flexible and there are lots of delicious treats. I intend to continue with the habits I have developed.Last, but not least, I have attended a number of Matt’s boxing shows. These are exciting events, with a fantastic atmosphere. You can enjoy food and drink, waitress service and corporate sponsorship. Matt, you have built a successful business and you’re an inspiration to us all.Thank you Matt. Yours sincerely,Samantha BrookManaging Consultant

I got in touch with Saxon Well Being on Saturday and asked if they could put me a little something together for a very special friend that needed a pick-me-up. I gave a budget and was delivered to my door a beautifully put together and packaged gift box. The icing on the cake was the little thank you card on the top...what a lovely touch! I highly recommend and will be back for more!

Having had previous sports massages, I went in to my first appointment expecting a similar experience. I was very wrong. Heidi put me at ease right from the start, with a professional yet personable manner. She explained the process to me fully, and was the epitome of professional. As I mentioned, I have had numerous Sport massages, with different therapists. I expected to find a little release after my appointment, but I did not expect the results I was given. The only explanation I can attribute to my knot free back (resulting in the death of both Mark and Bob, who had taken up residence in my shoulders and were clearly not in any hurry to bugger off) is that Heidi is magic. Would highly recommend this service and this lady!

Yoga: Jacqui is the real deal - with her background in sports performance and sports massage, she understands bodies (all different kinds of bodies!) and her yoga classes are adapted to the needs of everyone in them. She is focused, precise and clear, and has modifications ready where appropriate. Her cues are balderdash free, and she is intent on making her teaching accessible and achievable. But her classes are also hard work: you will sweat, you will feel intensity, you will try to back away from some of the challenges and, in doing so, become aware of the excuses we make to ourselves on a daily basis to avoid discomfort. However, because of her outstanding knowledge, she always ensures that this discomfort is safe. And it inevitably leads to a restorative sequence where you have never felt bloody better!I've practised yoga with a lot of teachers: I've never found one with the combination of knowledge, skill, presence and understanding that Jacqui has. Her teaching and sequencing are masterworks in how yoga classes should be. Bury St Edmunds is a lucky town.Sports massage: Jacqs can find and release the spots you know you have problems with, as well as the ones you were unaware you had, at least until her magic hands got to work. She's truly adept at creating space and freeing up tightness. I've had all kinds of (minor) issues over the years I've known her: she never fails to track down the source (or the multiple sources) and release the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Friendly therapist. Rusne takes time to truly listen which makes you feel comfortable. You can actually tell right from beginning that she is experienced and well qualified therapist. Very good interpersonal skills. As for massage: if found that regular massage treatments and advice from Rusne are extremely helpful in managing my lower back pain. Much appreciated!

Stephanie is a wonderful masseuse. I went to Stephanie for a course of three pregnancy massages and the experience was perfect. She is wonderfully calm and down to earth, she has a great range of pressure and adapts while she is massaging to tension spots. The aromatherapy options she puts forward are also excellent.
