I also hold the VCTC qualification in Hot and Cold Therapy and a diploma in pregnancy massage . All of my work is fully insured & to the highest standard. I offer a full range of massage therapy options from my base in Winsford, however, I am happy to offer home visits for those who cannot travel.

I start every consultation with an assessment before choosing from a wide range of techniques such as soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, myofacial release, deep tissue massage, muscle energy techniques or active and passive stretching designed to free up joint movement. I work on the full range of clients ranging from professional athletes to office workers with neck and/or back problems, or those simply requiring a nice relaxation massage.
