One of the best Martial Arts Training Clubs out in my opinion. The Chief Instructor has well over 20+ years experience himself. Also a referee, He's also a 7th Degree Black Belt. Amazing training you get. And you learn alot of skill's that actually do work..

This building used to be Tipton Library before they moved it to a room above the shopping centre off Owen street. This Grade 2 listed building was a landmark in the area. The local muslim's wanted to turn it into a mosque and ruin it forever until it was saved by the trust and preserved

Rick Dubidat's BlackBelt Academy is an excellent Martial Arts center.What's makes it unique is that it caters for so many different arts, such as Kick Boxing, Thai boxing, MMA, JKD and they also do fitness classes. Therefore there is plenty opportunity for you to learn more than one art or you can just focus on just the one. And if you want to just focus on getting fit, the fitness classes are there for you.The instructors are very dedicated people, they are friendly but will also push you to get the best out of you. Attending Rick Dubidat's BlackBelt Academy will help you grow mentally, as there are times you will have to push yourself but when its all said and done, you will feel a great sense of achievement and sanctification when you complete a training session.

The best thing about the club is the mixture of sparring withself defence and discipline applied from lesson to everyday life. My daughter looks forward to the weekly lesson as it teaches her not only to harness learnt skills but to embrace her physical ability. This would not also be possible without the support of the club members william reid and hannah walklett .

A very receptive and welcoming group with very experienced Senior Instructors. Training hard and offering many opportunities to train with visiting instructors of high repute.

West Midlands Shuhari Wado Ryu Karate Club is run with an unquestionable passion and powerful community spirit.Learning a martial art can often be daunting, however Sensei Dave Parry made joining and committing myself to training an easy task. Sensei is patient with his students and takes the time to teach 'real world' application and the history of Wado Ryu Karate. I have found training to be both physically and mentally beneficial. Learning Wado Ryu Karate over the last 6 months has given me focus and drive to learn something new. Sensei teaches with a clear philosophy that disciplines students and provides important life lessons.The students made joining and committing even easier due to their friendly and welcoming nature. The community spirit is embodied through how everyone helps and encourages one another. If you are considering whether to learn a martial art, this club is undoubtedly a great place to start. You won't regret it!
