Really happy with our first visit here. My daughter and I came here for a swim after being let down at another venue for our usual lesson. The place is very clean and hygienic, the staff are good and for six pounds, including parking, we were impressed all round.Just be prepared for a 'general' changing area with cubicles instead of separate mens and women's rooms. 20p non-refundable charge for a locker. I’ve recently turned my house and car upside down looking for my Garmin triathlon watch and in despair I rang Wednesbury leisure centre to see if I had lost it there and lo d behold , the amazing staff had found it and put it in lost property for me, I’ve been and collected it tonight. Excellent facilities. Many types of recreation facilities available in modern building. Very busy venue for all ages. Large car park from where you can watch the football on 3G if you wish. Went to Body Pump for the first time tonight and loved it! Instructors were good fun and took the time to come and ask us how we found it after the class. People around helped give me a bit of direction as it was clearly my first time and at times i was struggling to hear some of what the instructors were saying. I usually come 3 times a week the people who work there are always friendly, fun to talk to and happy to help and give you advice for your routine. The changing rooms are always clean upstairs and down. The gym is well looked after. My only problem, and it's so small, is that a couple of the changing room cubicles upstairs don't have locks. My kids love the place but some staff seem uninformed about times and passes. Always take ages to get in. The place is clean and everytime I go someone seems to be cleaning changing rooms and showers whuch is really good to see.

My daughter had her first swimming lesson here and she really enjoyed herself and I was really pleased with the tutor. Facilities seem nice and clean and plenty of pool space. The one issue I did come across and I know it will really become tiring is the shower facilities. There are literally only 4 showers for females so we found ourselves having to cue for quite a while which isn't fun when you've got a trembling 4 year old. More...
