Kick boxin never appealled to me been a older woman, but since i have started i really love it cant wait for sundays can really feel the fitness and self defence pickin up .

All three of my children ages 11 8 and 5 really enjoyed their first session. Great for fitness, they were all knackered after.
They loved making new friends in this friendly and welcoming class. The instructors were great with kids, very patient and fun.
They're all looking forward to getting stuck in and learning more.

Great club both of my kids really enjoy it. My daughter was very shy at first but she joins in brilliantly now the instructors really helped her to start building her confidence.

The best thing about the club is the mixture of sparring withself defence and discipline applied from lesson to everyday life. My daughter looks forward to the weekly lesson as it teaches her not only to harness learnt skills but to embrace her physical ability.
