What do you love most about your job?

All the team at Fatdogs have a passion for dogs and animals and we have a great time with the dogs. Both the dogs and the family's become friends and we see many clients for many years. We also look after whole families, granny's dogs, mum and dads dogs and the children's dogs. Some of our clients joined us in 2003/4 and we are now on their second or third generation of pets. Watching the dogs develop in confidence and the reaction they have when they come to us is fantastic. Our staff are really friendly and love doing the job they do. The unconditional love and friendship the dogs give is unparalleled in any other filed of work.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started in the animal care business in 2003 as a change of direction from the daily grind of the construction industry. Id recently had two boxer dogs and saw the opportunity to do a job that allowed me to explore a career with animals and work for myself. I initially just wanted to work for myself but it became clear that the service was in demand and we have grown in size ever since.

Why should our clients choose you?

Our staff are great fun and have a real passion for what they do. We are reliable and do what we say. We have a track record of responding to help wherever we can and will always try to work with dogs regardless of any issues they have. The staff will be honest and open with clients about how their dogs have been (even if they've been naughty !!lol) but they will work with them to help where they can. We have been around for a long time and can deal with most things. We are reliable, trustworthy and have a proven track record. Over 100,000 walks and 15 years + of boarding dogs, with happy and repeat clients.
