Whether the services provided are talking therapies, comprehensive psychological assessment or practical strategies, referrals and recommendations for managing social, emotional or psychological distress, I provide professional, person-centred and effective therapies for those experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, challenges with socialising, academic attendance, or difficulties coping with physical barriers to health, wellbeing and development.
