Q&As

I love helping children and young people see beyond their difficulties and inspiring and supporting them to achieve their best in life, both now and as they mature into adults.

The freedom to work without the limits of a statuary service such as the NHS, means I am able to fully embrace the needs of the child or young person, in order for them to fulfil their potential.

Working privately as a CAMH therapist also allows me to work around my children and family, meaning I am able to fully embrace my role and the support I provide.

My core training as an occupational therapist provides me with the knowledge and skills to understand peoples function and what might be a hinder on or enabler to life engagement, health and wellbeing.

Furthermore, my several years of clinical and professional experience working within specialist children and adolescent mental health services such as psychosis early intervention, social services and CAMHS crisis has equipped me with skills and knowledge to help children overcome and better manage their difficulties with mental health and wellbeing.
