I love making people smile with my cakes, adding some extra joy to special occasions with my cakes is a great feeling! I really enjoy making one off customised cakes designed with the clients. Artistic, contemporary designs are my speciality cakes and I love the challenge of coming up with something unique for all my customers.

I bake all my cakes and treats at home in my kitchen at Dale Grange Farm in Chelmorton, which is just outside the spa town of Buxton in Derbyshire. I am a country girl at heart and love to support my local farmers and producers so I use local ingredients in all my baking. For those ingredients that can't be found on my doorstep I source fairtrade and ethically produced items wherever possible. I specialise in buttercream and ganache cake decorating which allows me to pack loads more flavour into your cakes to make them even tastier. All of my cakes and bakes can be made for any occasion be it a birthday, wedding, engagement, reunion, holiday celebrations, or just as a scrumptious treat for yourself. I love making and creating truly unique celebration cakes, whatever the occasion. You may have a clear idea of what you'd like or you may need a bit of inspiration. I can help with the design process and create a bespoke cake tailored just for you.
