We had India Rose Strings play at our wedding and they were honestly one of the best decisions we made. A string quartet was the one thing I knew I wanted before I was even engaged and was a non-negotiable for me. When comparing vendors, India Rose Strings felt like the best and most premium option and I’m so glad we booked them. They were incredible and were exactly what I envisioned!In the lead up to the wedding we had plenty of calls and check ins, they had such a huge repertoire to choose from and it was really fun picking things you wouldn’t expect to hear on strings! They learnt Shipping Up to Boston specially for us, which we loved and were so grateful for!They created such a lovely atmosphere during the ceremony and drinks reception. Our guests really enjoyed it and it added something extra while everyone was having drinks between the ceremony and the wedding breakfast, I would definitely recommend doing it! We also made a very last-minute request for them to play us into the wedding breakfast, even though that hadn’t originally been planned, and they were more than happy to do it which was fab!I later mentioned that I’d actually missed properly hearing Shipping Up to Boston on the day, and they kindly offered to record it for us afterwards which was such a thoughtful touch!Thank you so much for being so incredible!! Chloe was so engaging from the moment I contacted her and immediately got a sense of what type of music we wanted played pre-ceremony, during the ceremony and at the champagne and canape reception. Chloe and her quartet were phenomenal!We booked India rose strings to play all day at our wedding at Grangefields, from arrival until after the wedding breakfast as their repertoire was soooo extensive and comprehensive and their style the perfect musical pairing to our venue.
