The Band played at our Presidents night party last night and I can honestly say from the first message to the actual night it has been so easy and a pleasure to deal with Nic re my booking. If we could give these guys 6 stars I absolutely would. They were incredible. We booked this band June 2019, with a view our wedding would take place in 2020. However, with COVID, the band were so accommodating with moving our wedding 12 months. They provided the PA for the ceremony, as we held the wedding outside, did an acoustic set, and for the evening the provided 2 band sets. All the guests loved it and kept the dance floor busy at all times. We asked for a specific arrangement for our first dance, which was perfect, and to top it all, I featured in the band for one song, which was a dream come true to play live. We first experienced Candy and the Sound around 5 years ago at a friend/colleague's wedding. Candy's energy, varied music and interaction with the crowd made for a fun filled floor filler of an evening. My wife and I particularly the interaction with us so much we became friends on social media. The band play with enthusiasm and read the audience and their needs. Playing romantic wedding songs, singalong anthems or classic floor fillers. We highly recommend Candy and the sound. We booked them last week even though we are a bit of a long journey from their Midlands catchment they didn't hesitate in accepting our booking. It was a 60th Birthday with a small crowd and as expected everybody was asking us "how did u find this band they are fantastic" I believe our local British Legion are in contact with Candy for a gig or more in the future, the locals are getting excited.....we Love you Candy and they fantastic musicians giving you a powerful backing On a side note Candy has other skills around mental health and lifestyles which also helped us through some of the tougher times during the Covid Pandemic. Candy and the Sound have an amazing varied playlist of songs. All tastes are catered for. The music is delivered with smiles and engaging, interactive way. Everybody feels like they have a new BFF as Candy gets to know everybody. Delivering all those sing along anthems and dance floor fillers. last weekend they travelled over 200 miles round trip for a small pub Birthday party. The booking was easy to make and communication with Nic aka Candy was excellent. The manager of our local British legion was there and immediately stepped in to exchange business cards for a future booking. We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding and it was made all the better by having candy and the sound as our band. We went and checked them out at a rehearsal and organised the day with ease, including booking a DJ who worked well with the band. Highly recommend. 🤩🤩

Wow from beginning to end these guys were just so professional! If you are having a do of any description you NEED this band ! The dance floor was rammed all night ! Great vibes and so entertaining! Bloody brilliant ! We just hosted our First Ladies night ! Nothing was too much trouble and they were really happy to co ordinate with our other acts to make sure everything went smoothly !
