I provide design advice to clients and prepare planning and working drawings for new build housing or extensions including single storey, double storey and loft conversions. I deal with the local authority to gain all required certificates so work can begin.

We are a FIXED fee Architectural design company offering a FREE site visit to discuss options. We do NOT charge for any changes to the drawings, in order to gain the client and Council approvals (unless agreed before hand). We cover all of Hertfordshire and parts of Essex, Beds and Bucks.
