This place is like a family everyone is very friendly and motivates each other it's not groups of people that talk but ignore others instead everyone is family. Just joined last week. Very cool atmosphere. Clean and state of the art equipment. I like that it is open 24/7 so I can go late after work. Best part is price is reasonable. Staff is very friendly and definitely a sense of community with the other members. I have no reason not to work out anymore :-)

I have been a member for a bit over a year now. I love the group classes and they have the most motivating instructors. Since last year I’ve done a complete body transformation and feel more like an athlete now. When I first started I could barely run on the treadmill for more than 10 minutes and now I can run for 60 minutes. The family pool is also a lot of fun and my 4 year old son would agree. The only area that needs improvement is their kids swim classes. I was never able to book a one to one swim class even though they charged me for it. I’m still waiting for a refund. Very disappointed considering I really like this gym.
