Let’s Go Fitness has enhanced my fitness and strength. The location is convenient in downtown Baltimore and open 24/7 for members. All the equipment you need is there, including free weights, squat rack, and cardio equipment. Great trainers, classes, and challenges. Highly recommended! More...

Discovered this place in August 2018. I went from someone who never exercised to losing 28 pounds in 5 months. The trainers are extremely friendly and knowlegable and always accessible. It's open 24/7 and has every piece of equipment you could need. They also offer various exercise classes and bootcamps. Highly recommended. More...

This is by far the most perfect gym anyone could ask for. I love how professional, kindhearted, and personal each trainer display themselves on a daily basis. It's very hard to find trainers that care about their clients well-being outside of gym interactions, and I must say they go beyond those duties. Let's Go Fitness is not just a Fitness Center, it is a place that pours into its clients and changes lives! My experience has been amazing! The trainers are knowledgeable, personable, creative and fun!!! Every class is custom designed for that particular group and the trainers challenge us to push ourselves farther than we know we can! I love this gym! All of the trainers are amazing. They are all supportive, funny, high energy and really push you to do more than you think you can do at every workout. I also love when my trainer breaks out in dance in the middle of class. What more could you ask for - dancing is life....and a good workout! I love the Tuesday & Thursday 30 minute Core Class as well as the Monday weight lifting class. Let's go! More...

A great small, clean 24/7 private gym in a secure building with very caring and dedicated trainers. The environment is very welcoming and conducive to you reaching your weight and fitness goals with little or no distractions.  There are various fitness programs available, tailored for your personal comfort and training goals. In addition to group boot camp and personal training, in-home private sessions or office sessions are also possible.  Staff members are constantly introducing new and innovative programs to meet the needs of clients.   One of my favorite sessions is the opportunity to box. Not only am I improving my boxing technique, I am getting an awesome cardio and strength training workout at the same time.  Your workout time seems to go quickly when you are surrounded by trainers/staff supporting and encouraging you every step of the way. I Love EVERYTHING about this Gym!!! We offer all new clients two free consultations to learn more about your fitness goals and to give you the chance to try a workout for free. We will discuss your fitness goals and past experiences and conduct some basic assessments to design an appropriate workout program. Our programs consist of circuit training, weight lifting and cardio exercises tailored to fit the individual needs of each client.

Consistency!! You must be willing to sacrifice to reach your fitness goals. This sacrifice can be your time, money, food or anything that is holding you back from being your best self. Changing your body composition is all about finding the right balance of strength training, cardio and diet.

Providing people with the motivation and information they need to change their lives.

I became more involved in exercise as an adult as a way to manage my own weight. After taking my training to a new level through one-on-one instruction at Let's Go Fitness I decided to enter a bodybuilding competition. The experience changed my body and my life and I decided to pursue a full-time career as a personal trainer.

I encourage my clients to be completely honest and open with me so I can make the best recommendations to help them reach their goals. I have changed my body and life over the past decade and believe that everyone has the potential to do the same if they surround themselves with a supportive team.
