Being a former U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer, Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Nutritionist (CFN) and a Health & Fitness Consultant, I have a passion for helping people in the areas of wellness, exercise, and fitness. It’s important we understand that even if you pile on the fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of juice and milk, and eat fish a couple of times a week, we may not be getting all the nutrients we need. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

What inspired you to start your own business?

Being a former U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer, Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Nutritionist (CFN) and a Health & Fitness Consultant, I have a passion for helping people in the areas of wellness, exercise, and fitness. I am on a mission to help people who want better health, walk through the nutritional maze and make it safely to the other side.
