As the pandemic started slowing down, I still didn’t feel comfortable enough to go to the gym. I found Kevin through some researching and contacted him to see if he would do online training. He agreed, and was very flexible and patient while training virtually. He took his time, coming up with innovative ways of working out if I didn’t have a certain workout machine, or tools at home. He measured me, did an thorough fitness intake and gave me guidance on the direction he saw for my fitness journey; directions that align with results I want. The changes we had made to keep our clients safe from COVID-19 are to make sure all equipment is cleaned before and after use. We also asked our clients which will be best for them to feel safe from covid- 19 while one of the trainers are conduct in a session.
