How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
During our initial consultation we will discuss what the clients goal are and create a realistic timeline and steps on achieving them. I check in on a regular basis to make sure I am there to hold them accountable.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Commitment. I will share that my reason behind working out and staying fit is NOT to have the 'body of my dreams' with my health challenges that thought is no longer present. I care for my body so that as I age it can care for me.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to witness a clients transformation and the realization that they can push themselves beyond their perceived limitations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Fitness sessions and classes were my 'side' gigs...then after multiple client requests for daytime hours it encouraged me to make the leap.
Why should our clients choose you?
My method of personal training is not to have the perfect body. It is to encourage and motivate my clients to become an overall better version of themselves - shift comes from within - when the internal shift occurs the external chooses to align itself with the greatest and highest version. I support them in making a conscious choice in putting their health first.

I currently offer remote services from my home gym. If clients do not have equipment readily available I am able to tailor a custom functional fitness program that focuses on their goals.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For in person sessions in the private fitness studio all equipment is sanitized after each use. There are never additional people in the studio. Just me and the client. Masks are worn at all times.
