At Real World Strength we offer personal training to people who want to improve strength, mobility, energy and their overall wellbeing.

We typically work with people over 50, who have chronic aches and pains, for what ever reason, but still want to be physically active moving towards retirement and beyond.

Q&A

We run you through our movement assessment, along with our Fit3D body scanner which gives us readings on your body fat, muscle mass, balance and full postural Assessment all in under 5 minutes. We then ask about your past health history including any injuries or joint problems you may have or had and then you tell us where you want to be.

After all that information is gathered we then take you through a sample workout to further gauge your skill level and then we write a program based on what we see.

There are no secrets! It's important to start a program knowing there are no short cuts or tricks.

Consistency is the biggest factor, followed by mindful eating habits.

Stick with those 2 things and leave the rest to us.
