We're so lucky to have had Pata help us stay fit during the pandemic. She had been coaching us in water aerobics, but switched to a Zoom class when the pool closed, as Covid unfolded. She's knowledgeable and engaging in water and on land. I am always up for this class, because it's an enjoyable way to stay fit. Pata is a fantastic trainer.
She challenges you to do more but realizes that reaching your goals takes time. She identifies when an exercise is too much for either of us, and suggests alternatives or modifications to the exercise. It's a perfect balance.

By developing Client-Specific fitness programs. I start clients where they are & progress them accordingly. I'm empathetic & have the ability to push clients pass their comfort zones in order to reach their full potential.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There's no secret, just healthy nutrition , being consistent in your exercise regime, rest & staying up to date with physicals/medical screenings. If you don't take care of your body, where will you live?

Yes, remote services are provided via Zoom. Remote assessments are also available using the RemoteScreen App (www.postureanalysis.com).
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Follow all CDC, state & local guidelines. Conduct workouts outdoors, enhanced cleaning & disinfection of equipment. Wear mask & practice social distancing.
