Balanced nutrition is essential to your health and well being. Some people think that exercise is the key which it is only 20% of the equation where nutrition is 80%! I have gotten people to lose massive amounts of weight without exercise. Don't get me wrong, exercise helps and is not the number one answer, eating healthy is.

I have been helping clients achieve their fitness and nutrition goals by personalizing programs expecially for them. The initial assessment covers an extensive health history as well as physical testing which is an introduction to their body. This also gives me the information that I need to create personalized program just for them.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is to committ to the process and work at it with your body, mind and spirit.

My life is dedicated to helping people through exercise and nutrition programs which is a total joy to me!

I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and it just made sense to work for myself. This assures me that my studio is neat, clean and safe for my clients.

I hold my clients by the hand and take them on their journey at their comfort level. I have over 15 years of experience helping folks, especially those with injuries as I have had many injuries myself, I can empathize with how it feels. My studio is like a second home to my clients where they come to not just exercise but to be with their friends and get motivation from them. Some of my clients have been with me for over 15 years!


When you work with Tina, she will help you eat the right way by helping you choose the best, wholesome and nourishing foods. Eating right means that Tina is going to help you out processed foods and focus on drinking more pure water, increasing your vegetable, whole grains, and fruit intake and managing your portion control so you feel full – It’s just that simple and it is delicious too!

Our lifestyle nutrition courses, personalized coaching, or even just registering for a seminar or two can help you get started feeding your body the way that helps it thrive!

Personal Training Programs

One on One personal training program’s with number one goal is injury prevention. It is goal-driven; results oriented and are for the individual who wants to go above and beyond the basic programs currently offered. The individual desires an exercise program that is based on their body’s unique needs and requirements. The focus is on functional training and correcting muscle imbalances which include: balance and stability; resistance training; cardiovascular improvement and core stability. Each session will be a complete full body workout based not only on their overall goals but on their daily needs as these change.

Group Classes (Total Body Fitness Camp)

Group personal training programs with Tina McDermott are very similar to the one on one program with its focus on functional training and correcting muscle imbalances. They are designed for the individual who enjoys the effectiveness and security of having a personal trainer but also wants a more social atmosphere with a bonus of a lower fee.
