I found IM-X around Sept 2020 and joined immediately after my intro class as I instantly knew it was a right place for my needs. I have been running for 3 years now and not improving in anyway. But now I see a big difference in my form, stamina and movements since I started Pilate. I used be constantly tired and sore after my long runs but with regular pilate classes here, all my aches and pains are gone. My core strength has improved exponentially. All the instructors are awesome and each of them identified my weak points without saying and helps me work on that. They have done a great job in taking all pandemic safety precautions that I am confidently going into classes every week. Instructors focus on each and every person in the class. My wife and I did one of the floor mat Pilates classes by Sara this week and found it easy to follow, even though we had never done Pilates before. We were looking for a class that could be done in a small space and without a lot of extra equipment or setup and this was perfect. Yes, we offer virtual classes in barre, yoga and pilates mat.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Reformers are distanced 7 feet apart and class size is limited to 8 participants. HEPA filters are installed in both studio rooms, and UV lighting in the HVAC system for air purification and sterilization. All touch surfaces are cleaned after each class. Touchless sign in, temperature monitoring, masks required. Equipment props cleaned and quarantined for up to 72 hours after each use.
Group Classes
Our King Farm studio offers in-studio and virtual semi-private classes in Pilates reformer, mat, tower, barre and yoga.
Private sessions and personal training in Pilates, endurance training, post-rehabilitation and yoga.
Personal Training & Nutrition
Work 1:1 with a certified IM=X trainer to reach your specific goals in general fitness, performance or rehabilitation, with measurable progress tracking provided.
Ongoing pay-as-you-go nutritional support with a Certified Nutritional Counselor.
Private Mind & Body sessions offered in restorative yoga, partner & Thai massage, aerial-yoga, trigger point and release work therapy.
Mind & Body Workshops
Workshops in aerial yoga, meditation, partner yoga and Thai massage, stretching and special conditions offered periodically.
